• For other providers, transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses recognized by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
• Transfers to providers established in the European Union do not require additional safeguards, as the EU is included in the list of countries with adequate data protection under Annex 1 of the OPDo.

5. HOW TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT
