4. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
A significant portion of cookies used on adsearch.ch is provided by service providers established in the United States. The use of these cookies results in the transfer of personal data to these providers.
In accordance with Articles 16 and 17 of the FADP, these transfers are regulated:
- For US-based organizations certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, transfers are authorized without additional safeguards following the Federal Council decision of 14 August 2024.
- For other providers, transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses recognized by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
- Transfers to providers established in the European Union do not require additional safeguards, as the EU is included in the list of countries with adequate data protection under Annex 1 of the OPDo.
5. HOW TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT
When you first visit our website, you either give or refuse your consent to the use of cookies and/or configure your preferences.
